Ben is the founder and director of Talk Health Therapy, combining a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree to provide a uniquely active, movement-based physiotherapy rehabilitation solution.
Ben’s physiotherapy approach focuses on the factors that lay beyond physical pain and injury, understanding that emotional, psychological, economic, and mental factors all play an essential part in an individual’s health profile and their expected recovery timeframes.
Brittinni-Mae has been a Paediatric Occupational Therapist for three years, having commenced her OT journey at first rurally and then after relocating to North Brisbane.
She particularly specialises in working on emotional regulation, handwriting, fine and gross motor development, and sensory regulation. She is also passionate about creating developmentally enriching environments in the early intervention space for children and families to thrive.
Brittinni loves Occupational Therapy and embracing everyone for who they are, and she feels a great honour to be part of a family’s journey to living more comfortably and in better health.
Claudia is a dedicated speech pathologist with 4 years of clinical experience working with NDIS participants. Working in the community has allowed her to gain valuable experience with a diverse caseload of paediatric and adult participants. She strives to deliver high-quality services and foster supportive relationships with participants and stakeholders.
Claudia is particularly passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practice and has a keen interest in positive behaviour support within the scope of speech pathology. Claudia aims to create empowering environments that facilitate improved communication for individuals and families.
Theresa graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2012. Since then, she has worked in multiple areas of physiotherapy in the local community, focusing primarily on rehabilitation for musculoskeletal and neurological disorders, to elderly clients.
She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), and continuously reviews available resources such as eTalks, Journal of Physiotherapy and InMotion magazine. Overall, she enjoys using her skills and working within the team to provide the best outcome for her clients.
Alexander is a myotherapy specialist whose passion can be seen in his work and his passion for martial art. With his Diploma of Remedial Massage, Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy, and his expertise in exercise science, Alex inspires to connect with his clients and help them pursue their goals.
Alex specialises in musculoskeletal treatment through manual therapy and exercise prescription. His treatment approach combines both traditional Eastern and Western medicine alongside modern methods.
Holly is an experienced and passionate Occupational Health Nurse who specialises in pre-employment medicals. With her commitment to the complete well-being of employees, she is an integral part of evaluating prospective employees’ health and fitness with care, professionalism, and compassion.
Jimmy is a motivated third-year Bachelor of Physiotherapy student who is dedicated to learning about the many different types of physiotherapy, both through his studies and his work allied health work with Talk Health. Jimmy aspires to provide the highest level of care to patients in all aspects of care and to be able to improve their physical capacity.
Kristy is our exceptional community engagement specialist, dedicated to forging meaningful connections, attending networking events, and building strong relationships within the broader NDIS community. Her passion for connecting with others is integral that making sure our outreach efforts are always heartfelt and impactful across Brisbane.
Kristy’s enthusiasm and commitment to fostering a sense of community and support makes her an invaluable member of our team. Outside of work, she enjoys ice skating, meeting new people, and learning about new ideas and experiences.
